This pretty cottage is located near the pond in the beautiful woodland gardens. It has a sunny and very sheltered garden, which is south facing. On the ground floor there is a sitting room with an open fire, a kitchen, a dining room/study with a sofa bed, bathroom with a shower and a utility room with an extra toilet. Upstairs there is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, both attic rooms with dormer windows. This house has a small sitting room and kitchen and is only suitable for a maximum of 4 adults or a family of 2 adults and 3 children.
Colonsay's own literary festival will be held on the 27th & 28th April.

The Colonsay Service Point to Remain Open.
Following a budget meeting of Argyll and Bute Council, the decision was made to keep this life line service open. The Service Point is currently funded by Argyll and Bute Council with customer service being provided by Colonsay Community Development Company.
