The house is situated close to the harbour with wonderful views toward Jura and Islay and has a large garden enclosed by a low drystone wall. This house has a spacious sitting room with open fire and back boiler. The large dining room has an open fire and adjoins the small, but well equipped, kitchen. There is one twin-bedded room and a shower room with toilet downstairs. Upstairs, there is a further bathroom, one double bedroom, one twin bedded bedroom and a large bedroom with two single beds and one pair of bunk beds.
Colonsay's own literary festival will be held on the 27th & 28th April.

The Colonsay Service Point to Remain Open.
Following a budget meeting of Argyll and Bute Council, the decision was made to keep this life line service open. The Service Point is currently funded by Argyll and Bute Council with customer service being provided by Colonsay Community Development Company.
