This south-facing cottage is in a sunny position on the edge of the Colonsay House woodland gardens and is reached via a short track. This pretty cottage has views towards the hills above Loch Fada. There is a stream running through the bottom of the garden. It has a walled enclosed terrace area with outdoor furniture. The large open plan sitting/dining/kitchen area has a solid fuel stove with back boiler and double doors opening onto a terrace. There is one double bedroom, one bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with shower. All accommodation is on one floor.

The Colonsay Service Point to Remain Open.
Following a budget meeting of Argyll and Bute Council, the decision was made to keep this life line service open. The Service Point is currently funded by Argyll and Bute Council with customer service being provided by Colonsay Community Development Company.
